Officers and staff

	Business Manager Financial Secretary Treasurer Vince Alvarado Vince began his career in sheet metal in 1980. He served his Local 49 apprenticeship in El Paso, Texas. He then transferred to Local 88, Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1994 he transferred back to Local 49. Vince was appointed organizer for the El Paso area in July 2005. He is also the Training coordinator for the El Paso Apprentice School. Vince was elected as trustee in 2001 and elected again by acclamation in June of 2004 and re-elected in June 2007. 	Training Coordinator / President Jerry Arms Jerry completed the apprenticeship program in 1989. He was elected to the E-Board in 1998 and elected as Trustee in 2001. Jerry was elected as Trustee by acclamation in June of 2004. Jerry has also been our full time Apprenticeship Coordinator since 1999. Jerry was elected President of Local Union 49 October 1, 2005 and re-elected in June 2007
